Introducing

I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia and a Registered Provisional Psychologist in Alberta, with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology.

Whether you are feeling stuck, want to improve your mood, anxiety, or stress, my background in social work offers a practical, scientific approach through various modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFBT).

I support many of my clients in areas including self-advocacy, assertiveness, attaining a healthier work/life balance, confidence, and reaching their health goals, among other varying challenges, including trauma.

I prioritize trusting relationships and tangible solutions in practice and while I don’t diagnose or prescribe, I offer consultations for those wondering if psychedelic treatment is the right fit.

I identify as a highly sensitive and empathic person.

While everyone undoubtedly suffers in life as it is part of the human experience, I aim to instill resilience to avoid suffering that is unnecessary; you are not alone!
