If you're considering counselling but struggling to find the right practitioner, we’re here to help. At Latitude Wellness, you can meet with specialized counsellors in person or online, providing a convenient, confidential, and effective approach to your well-being.

We offer individual, relationship and family counselling with a wide range of approaches and styles. Our expert team will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs.

When you choose to work with a Latitude Wellness counsellor, you can trust that our services adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and care.

Have a preference for in person or online/virtual appointments? No problem. We have a number of practitioners offering both in person or online appointments to ensure you can access the care you need.

What to Expect When Accessing Counselling Services
When you reach out to us for counselling services at Latitude Wellness, we aim to make the process as smooth and personalized as possible. Here's what you can expect:

Initial Inquiry: We encourage you to share what areas you are interested in working through, such as ethical non-monogamy or relationship counselling, tools for managing ADHD, anxiety or depression, working on communication in relationships (romantic, platonic, and familial), processing trauma or focusing on personal growth and development.

Preferences: Let us know your preferences regarding the time of day you would like to see someone and whether you prefer virtual or in-person sessions.

Personalized Recommendations: Based on your interests and preferences, we will offer you a selection of counsellors who specialize in the areas you wish to address. You can choose to connect with one or multiple counsellors to determine who is the best fit for you.

Free 20-Minute Consultation: Once you've selected a counsellor or counsellors, you will have the opportunity to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. This consultation allows you to get a sense of the counsellor's approach, personality, and whether you feel comfortable working with them.

Booking Sessions: After your consultation, if you decide to proceed, you can book either a 50- or 80-minute session with your chosen counsellor.

At Latitude Wellness, we prioritize your comfort, privacy, and finding the right fit for your needs. Our goal is to support you on your journey towards improved mental health and well-being. We are committed to helping you find the best fit with a therapist, so if you didn't feel like your sessions weren't quite right, we are happy to give you some more suggestions of other therapists at Latitude that might suit you better.
