Is Osteopathy right for you?

An Osteopathic practitioner will focus on the joints, muscles, and spine. The treatment aims to positively affect the body’s nervous, circulatory, and lymphatic systems. The practitioner does not concentrate on only the problem area, but rather uses manual techniques to balance the body system as a whole.

Techniques include stretching, gentle pressure, and resistance- also known as Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.

Osteopathy may be beneficial for you if you struggle with any of the following-

Lower Back, Neck, or Shoulder pain
Arthritis
Issues with the Pelvis, Hips, and Legs
Muscle and Joint pain associated with driving, work, or pregnancy
Tennis Elbow
Tendonitis
Poor Posture

This healing method has a wide array of uses and can effectively reduce pain. Moreover, it relieves headaches, decreases the stress on your joints, and removes the root cause of your symptoms.
