As companies continue to adjust and prioritize employee’s well-being, health and wellness, we are seeing an increase in interest in workshops and lunch and learns. These offerings are beneficial to both companies and their employees by providing effective tools to handle anxiety, isolation, and productivity (among others).
Each session can be adapted and customized to meet the needs of companies and employees alike. Common topics covered have included: what is anxiety, navigating professional burnout, workplace boundaries and communication, ergonomic work station setups, and the importance of self-care, among others. Latitude Wellness offers a variety of groups and free events ranging from corporate 1 hour lunch & learns for the public to DBT groups and more!
Our free virtual events allow us to connect with folks who are interested in various topics, such as resiliency, maternal mental health and imposter syndrome in a casual environment from a practitioner well versed in the topic being presented.
Our groups allow for a more in-depth learning experience and offer skill building opportunities around mindfulness, anger management, Interpersonal skills, emotional regulation and more!
