*Please note, in order to complete this workshop you must complete a 40 minute session with Tracy. This is an integral piece as Tracy needs to ensure you have the capacity to work with the energy and maintain a grounded presence within the body. Existing clients of Tracy do not need to book in for a 40 minute session if you have already completed sessions with her.
Reiki Level One is an introductory group workshop that lays the foundation for your Reiki journey. In this course, you will learn the history and principles of Reiki, as well as basic techniques for self-healing and helping others. This level is perfect for beginners who want to explore energy healing and start experiencing the benefits of Reiki in their lives.
Tracy, an experienced Reiki master and empowerment coach will facilitate this Level One Reiki Certification workshop where you will explore the fundamental concepts of Reiki, Meditation & Visualization tools, Breathing techniques, Level One attunements, Energetic Systems, and more! This workshop has a 6 participant maximum.
Participants will receive the Level One Reiki manual and their Level One certification at the end of the workshop.
